CHANNEL021 Various Artists – The Lego Project

The idea was simple enough: ask a bunch of our artists to supply some samples and sounds, collate these into a sample pack, then give said sample pack back to the artists so they could create tracks for a compilation.
The result is a fascinating exhibition of different approaches to remix-craft, and (putting all music-geekisms aside), it´s simply an album of great tracks created using the same palette of sounds. more »
